Cary C. OsbornChief Executive Officer Cary Osborn has served as AHMC’s CEO since 2003. He is responsible for financing and investing activities that include the development, acquisition, and disposition of real property assets. Osborn assists ownership with professional service activities that include strategic planning, market research, entity structure, performance measurements, 1031 exchange transactions, and corporate policy. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire in 1991. Osborn is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Sherry L. OefflerAccounting Manager Sherry Oeffler serves as AHMC’s Accounting Manager. Ms. Oeffler graduated from UW-Superior in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science and Accounting degree. Oeffler has 6 years experience in operations management, accounting, technology and information systems. She joined the AHMC staff in 1999.

Jeffrey Wachter, CPACompliance Manager Jeff Wachter serves as AHMC’s Compliance Manager. Wachter graduated from UW-Eau Claire in 1994 with a degree in Accounting. Wachter became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2002. Wachter has nine years experience in accounting and governmental housing compliance and has been with the company since 1996. Wachter holds certificates in National Compliance Professional (NCP), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Kimberly J. ChalsmaRegional Supervisor Kimberly Chalsma serves as one of AHMC's Regional Supervisors. Ms. Chalsma graduated from Western Technical College with associate degrees in retail marketing, general marketing, and fashion merchandising. Chalsma adds over 11 years of property management experience to the organization working extensively with Section 8, Section 42, senior, and conventional housing. Ms. Chalsma joined the AHMC team in 1995.

Jeana WaltersRegional Supervisor Jeana Walters serves as one of AHMC's Regional Supervisors. Ms. Walters graduated from St. Ambrose University in 1993 with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in marketing. Walters adds over 13 years of property management experience to the organization - joining the AHMC team in 1997.

Aaron M. Wickesberg, CPM®Business Development Coordinator Aaron Wickesberg serves as AHMC's Business Development Coordinator. Mr. Wickesberg graduated from Viterbo University in 2005 with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in management and accounting. Prior to joining AHMC, Wickesberg served as a Regional Supervisor for a Milwaukee based property management company managing a portfolio of over 800 units throughout Wisconsin. Wickesberg adds over 9 years of property management experience to the organization - joining the AHMC team in 2003. Wickesberg is currently a licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson and has earned the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. |
