Company Information

AHMC Asset Management, LLC (AHMC) has been located in West Central Wisconsin since 1971. AHMC employs over 100 individuals and currently provides property management services for over 1,900 multi-family units, on 37 sites in West Central Wisconsin and in various Minnesota locations. The corporate office in Eau Claire, Wisconsin employs 13 people. AHMC also manages four commercial properties and four bank building properties. Our total combined asset value is $80 million, with annual revenues of $13 million.

Growth in 2007 was evidenced by the addition of the following properties to our management portfolio:

  • Woodville Manor Apartments - 16 market apartments located in Woodville, Wisconsin.
  • Civic Square Apartments - 125 market / Section 42 apartments located in Rochester, Minnesota.
  • Clinic Suites - 14 furnished apartments located in Rochester, Minnesota.
  • Hillside Apartments - 10 apartments located in Dodge, Wisconsin.
  • Crown Apartments - 48 luxury apartment homes located in Rochester, Minnesota.
  • Northern Valley Apartments - 16 market apartments located in Rochester, Minnesota.
The mission of AHMC - Acquire, Hold, Maximize, Consult - is to provide effective services for real estate investors so clients can achieve their real property investment goals. AHMC offers multiple services for real estate investors who seek experienced advisors in the acquisition, development, operations management, accounting, financing and sale/disposition of real property assets.
